Hull City boss Marco Silva says he quickly needs to strengthen his new squad in the January transfer window.
The Tigers are bottom of the Premier League, without a league win since November.
"I have worked two training sessions with 13-15 players and if you want to improve our team we have to do something fast," said Silva, who replaced Mike Phelan as Hull boss last week.
Hull midfielder Robert Snodgrass has been linked with a move to West Ham, despite only signing a new contract just before Christmas.
"At the moment I just want to improve our team, I do not want to lose any important players," added Silva.
