Claus Norgaard is excited joining Brentford manager Thomas Frank's staff.
Norgaard has been named Bees assistant manager this week, replacing new Anderlecht coach Brian Riemer.
"It's impressive. Now I have worked with Thomas first in DBU and later in Brøndby, and like players and everyone else, Thomas has also developed very well," Norgaard told Bold.
"It is both as a coach with the approach to football, but also on a management level. He has made a really good figure, and the results speak for themselves.
"Both and, because I want to say that no matter who I have stood with, it is surprising if a Danish coach is so successful in the Premier League.
"That is why you are always surprised, but if someone were to achieve it, I am not so surprised that it was Thomas in relation to his curiosity, drive, energy and belief in his own abilities, which he has always had.
"He is one of those who has had the greatest potential to achieve it."
