Two of Birmingham City's backroom team have had their contracts upgraded.
Following on from Alex McLeish signing a new three year deal with the club last week, two of his key backroom staff have also been given improved contracts.
First team coach Andy Watson and goalkeeping coach Dave Watson were instrumental in helping the club achieve its best finish in more than 50 years last season.
McLeish is delighted that his colleagues' hard work has been recognised by the Blues Board and believes it will give both the individuals and the club additional stability.
"I'm very grateful to Carson Yeung and the Blues board for recognising the efforts of Andy Watson and Dave Watson in this way," McLeish told bcfc.com.
"If we are to continue building the infrastructure of the club it is important that we keep our key members of staff.
"Andy and Dave have both done great jobs for the club and these new deals mean that the club gets a bit of protection and both of them get a bit of security."
