Atletico Madrid midfielder Peter Luccin is a target for Benfica.
Benfica president Luis Filipe Vieira met with Atletico powerbokers Enrique Cerezo and Miguel Angel Gil Marin yesterday to settle on which players would move to Lisbon as part of Simao Sabrosa's transfer.
Vieira made their interest in Luccin known, but was told they'd have to regard any deal for Luccin as independent from Simao's agreement and would need to pay £7 million for the midfielder.
