New Bayern Munich chief Oliver Kahn has cast doubt on a deal for Manchester City attacker Leroy Sane.
Kahn says he is sceptical that Europe's biggest clubs will be able to complete big transfers this summer like Sane.
The financial implications of the coronavirus pandemic is set to change priorities for clubs this summer, and Kahn believes the large transfers that have been seen in recent windows will not be seen this summer.
Kahn told Sky 90: "At the moment there are completely different things to be managed. If the market starts up at all, I'm rather sceptical. We're looking at everything at the moment, like many European clubs. I have not found that the clubs are ready to make large transfers.
“Sane has an injury behind him, trying to find a connection bit by bit. I think it's difficult today to talk about players who have a valid employment contract."
