New Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman has been told he cannot bring with him his chosen goalkeeper coach.

Koeman wanted to name Patrick Lodewijks as his keeper trainer after being confirmed Barca coach this morning. Lodewijks had followed Koeman from Feyenoord to Everton and the Oranje.

But AD says he has been blocked from bringing Lodewijks with him to the Nou Camp.

Koeman has named two assistants, however, with former Hoffenheim coach Alfred Schreuder and Henrik Larsson to join him in Spain. The pair will sign contracts later this week.

For now, the focus is on Koeman, who will be presented to local media today.
