AS says high on new Barca sports chief Mateu Alemany is Gaya, who he knows well thanks to his time in charge at Los Che.

Gaya has a deal with VCF 2023 and is well aware of Barca's interest.

Alemany is turning to Gaya after seeing Juan Bernat sign a new deal with PSG last week.
