New Arsenal technical chief Edu isn't having a heavy influence on transfer policy this summer.
The Mirror says Edu has returned to the Emirates this summer as the backroom restructure shaped up.
Arsenal have been linked with a host of players since his appointment was confirmed last week, including Brazil's Copa America hero Everton .
And while it is a huge summer for Arsenal in the transfer market after missing out on the Champions League, the hierarchy insist Edu is not responsible and is not taking a lead role in this summer's window.
Edu will take a keen interest but the club's plans had already been put in place with chief negotiator Huss Fahmy has remained in London to oversee deals.
