The former Arsenal CEO began work at Milan formally yesterday.

And Gazzetta dello Sport says he is already seeking to appoint a new finance director.

Michael Gandler, who resigned from Inter Milan as chief revenue officer last month, is being linked with a role at the Rossonero.

Like Gazidis, Gandler was a MLS exec before landing a top job in Europe.
