Chelsea legend Pat Nevin insists he has no hard feelings about the way he has been treated by the club.
Nevin worked for the club's broadcasting department for many years after his retirement.
The 60-year-old, who played for the club between 1983 and 1988, was let go without explanation according to The Telegraph.
Nevin tweeted about the matter on X: “Such kind sentiments re my CFC departure. Thank you all.
“So kind of everyone, but honestly don't stress-others losing their jobs and now in dire financials circs are more worthy of consideration. I'm happy, busy, (promoting my recent book for Xmas and BBC work)".
Chelsea have not made any comment on the matter as yet.
