Robbie Neilson is likely to snub the chance to return to Dundee United by remaining in England.
The 31-year old former Leicester City defender spent the second part of last season at Tannadice Park but it appears that he has interest from clubs across the border making a Scotland return unlikely.
"I am enjoying being back home with my family, so we'll see what happens with regards to where I'll be playing next season.
"However, I would expect to come to a decision within about another week.""I have got a few things on the go with clubs down here in the Midlands area and beyond," he said.
