Nedved and 2 Juventus officials sought out ref Byrch after Ronaldo dismissal

Juventus chief Pavel Nedved demanded an explanation from ref Felix Byrch at halftime after the dismissal of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo was sent off on the half-hour mark after a clash with Valencia defender Jeison Murillo.

Byrch showed the Portuguese a red card, with the Juve No7 protesting: "I have not done anything".

Meanwhile, Norantaminuts de CV Radio says Nedved, along with two other Juve officials, sought out Byrch at halftime to demand an explanation.

The German ref awarded three penalties on the night - two which were converted by Juve midfielder Miralem Pjanic. Dani Parejo's was saved by Juve goalkeeper Wojciech Szcezsny.
