Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has welcomed Nathan Ake back to training today.
The Holland international has not played since Boxing Day after suffering a training injury, and has been the only player unavailable to manager Pep Guardiola in the last week or two.
“He's coming back. It was long," said the manager. “He struggled to make a good recovery. The process to recover was slower than expected.
“Some players are like this. He did everything, the physios worked incredibly hard but we're happy he worked hard.
“The day after the game (against Wolves) when we train together, he will be with us."
