Italian club Napoli reportedly want to offer Nathaniel Chalobah a loan extension.

The 21-year-old Chelsea youngster is on a season-long spell with the Naples outfit and despite appearing just three times, has impressed Maurizio Sarri during his stint at the Stadio Sao Paolo.

According to Corriere dello Sport,Napoli are prepared to commence negotiations with Chelsea regrind the extension of his temporary deal.

Napoli are believed to be eager to land Chalobah for next season and will enquire with the reigning Premier League champions regarding a new deal for the defensive midfielder.

Chalobah, who is also comfortable in defence, scored his first goal for Napoli in last week's Europa League win over Legia Warsaw.
