Napoli have upped their asking price for Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
Manchester United's attempts to sign Koulibaly for a cut-price deal have hit a brick wall as Napoli insist they will not budge on their asking price.
The 28-year-old has been linked with the Red Devils, as well as Liverpool and PSG, and with the coronavirus pandemic impacting clubs in the transfer market, it was thought United could agree a smaller fee than Napoli's £100m asking price.
But Napoli sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli insisted the Partenopei will not be lowering their demands.
“Kalidou is a great player, who still has a long contract with us," Giuntoli told Sky Sport Italia.
"If we were to sell, the club could ask for a large sum. A player like this cannot change his value even in a crisis, so we are not moving our valuation."
