Napoli have rejected a £ 8.75million bid from Norwich City for defender Kalidou Koulibaly, according to Sky Italia.
Canaries' boss Alex Neil is on the lookout for defensive reinforcements during the transfer window and has identified the 24-year-old as his primary target.
The Frenchman, who managed just 10 Serie A appearances for Napoli last season, is also interested in a move away from the club amid interest from Norwich as well as Scottish giants Celtic.
According to the report, Napoli are holding out for £10m for the defender.
