Napoli have swooped for Fenerbahce midfielder Eljif Elmas.

Elmas is moving to Napoli for a fee of €15m.

He will fly out for a medical on Tuesday, sign the contract and join the Napoli squad at their Dimaro pre-season training retreat.

Elmas is a midfielder who turns 20 next month and was left out of the Fenerbahce pre-season tour of Austria.

Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti believes the youngster can be an instant starter.
