Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has welcomed the arrival of PSV Eindhoven winger Dries Mertens.
It is believed the transfer cost Napoli approximately 9.5m.
"Dries has been in Naples over the last few days and told me he is already in love with the immensity of our city. Welcome Dries!" wrote De Laurentiis on Twitter.
