Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz is waiting to make his Serie A debut.

Ruiz joined Napoli last month from Real Betis in a €30m deal.

“I can't wait to get started. I've been carrying a thigh strain for three weeks, but I feel good now," he told Marca.

“I spent many years in Seville, my home town, close to my family and with the same club. Now I am facing a big change and want to do well.

“I thought Napoli would be a good move for my future, as it's important to experience different cultures and environments. I can't wait to make my debut."
