Brighton striker Neal Maupay has emerged as a shock target for Italian giants Napoli.
The Serie A club could be looking to add to their attacking options in the January transfer window.
Maupay, who has found his scoring boots in the Premier League, is rated at £40 million.
He took some time to get going after his move from Championship side Brentford, but he now has seven league goals.
Brighton would have to receive a huge fee to agree to part with Maupay, claims The Telegraph.
The Frenchman only arrived in the summer and Albion are still battling for their Premier League survival.
