Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti admits their start to the season has been disappointing.
Napoli fell six points off the pace in the title race after they drew 0-0 with Torino.
“It was a hard-fought game," Ancelotti said after the game.
“We did enough but lacked a bit of efficacy up top. We were too shy when it came to finishing our chances.
“Our position makes us cry a little bit. I think we're missing the three points we had to take against Cagliari.
“The team were committed against a Torino side who put in a lot and also did so in this match.
“What we're experiencing aren't outages. Before, we were very strong up top and suffered at the back.
“Now, things have turned upside down. We were a bit lacking in terms of posing a threat. We must go back to being clinical.
“In our last few games, we've only conceded one goal against Cagliari. It's natural, these are problems that everyone's had."
