Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti says he wants to sign Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez.

Ancelotti wants to reunite with the player he coached at Los Blancos.

"There is neither optimism nor pessimism, we'll see what happens," the Napoli coach said about any deal for James.

"He's a player that interests us.

"Real Madrid want to sell him and we want [to buy] him.

"Everything is open."
