Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti says they can't ask too much from captain Lorenzo Insigne.

Some believe the burden of captaincy is too much for the midfielder.

“Insigne can be a captain, he represents the shirt, but we need other leaders in the dressing room," said Ancelotti.

“We have a few leaders in the squad already, players like Dries Mertens, Raul Albiol, Jose Callejon and Allan, but we need more."

He added: “People ask about Marek Hamsik, but with all due respect, I don't think that even with him here our results would have been any better."
