Napoli boss Carlo Ancelotti says the club have adequately replaced Jorginho.
The Italian midfielder joined Chelsea along with former Napoli manager Maurizio Sarri this summer.
Despite his side sitting second behind Juventus, Ancelotti is satisfied with how Napoli replaced one of their most important players.
"The midfield is very solid," he said, "the club built an important team.
"We have a deep squad, with quality. We replaced Jorginho, who was an important player for this team, with many quality and young footballers."
