Nantes superkid Batista Mendy admits he has ambitions of playing in England.
The France U17 World Cup defender has been tracked by Arsenal and Chelsea, among several Premier League clubs, over the past 18 months.
He told L'Echo de la Presquile: "I hope to sign my first professional contract at the end of the season and by then, play a few games with the reserves.
"My first priority is to impose myself in my training club.
"The Premier League? It is the championship that corresponds most to my profile: big, sturdy in the tackles."
