Nantes chief expects England move for Arsenal, Chelsea target Hannibal Mejbri

French super junior Hannibal Mejbri is expected to be tempted away to England.

Mejbri, tied to Paris FC, is currently training at Clairefontaine and is a target for Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool.

Nantes transfer chief Matthieu Bideau told L'Equipe: "The last time we had in France a phenomenon of this magnitude around a young player, it was Kylian Mbappé.

"In France, it will be played between Lyon, Monaco and PSG. But I think the English hold the rope. A signing bonus of several hundred thousand euros is to be expected. He seems to be very well protected by his family.

"But it is not always idyllic to manage a kid who is wanted by all the great European clubs. It's harassing, it eats into life on a daily basis. I advise the family to surround themselves legally. It's risky to wait to sign when he already has the biggest clubs who want him."
