Nacer Chadli is ready to offer some "crazy" creativity to West Brom.

The attacking midfielder, who was signed from Tottenham last week for £13million, is confident he can strike the balance between unpredictability in possession and working hard for the team.

“Sometimes you need to (think), and sometimes you have to be crazy as well," said Chadli. “It's important in football to have a bit of that (unpredictability). You need a good balance.

“I think I can help the team to play more attacking. But we have to do it collectively as well. That's important because football is played with 11 players not one.

“The team is always the most important. It's not one or two men, it's always the team.

“Everyone has to do their job and cover each other.

“And afterwards, when there is a good positive vibe, the fans are happy and the club is happy."
