Naby Keita is enjoying a landmark run at Liverpool.

Keita again started for Liverpool in victory over Arsenal last night.

The Liverpool Echo says Keita's strong finish to last season put him in prime position to begin the season in midfield.

And a good showing against Arsenal further justified Jurgen Klopp's faith in the Guinean, not least with his high pressing and strong running on the ball.

Indeed, Keita has now made five consecutive top-flight starts for the first time in his Liverpool career.

The next challenge will be to complete the full 90 minutes in the Premier League - something he has done only once since April 2019.
