Sulley Muntari says the contributions of Michael Essien and Fernando Torres are crucial for AC Milan.
Unlike Essien, former Chelsea striker Torres has struggled for form this season.
Muntari said: "Fernando Torres is a really important player for us. He moves well on the pitch, so we are happy that he plays for us.
"Also Michael Essien responded well and he embodies our group's strength because all those who took the pitch in the second half did well.
"We must stay grounded and keep doing well."
