Moyes "will be having nightmares" about Man Utd failings

Manchester United boss David Moyes will be agonising over the problems that have beset him since taking charge.

That's the opinion of Chris Kamara, who is close to Moyes.

Kammy told the Daily Star: "David Moyes will be having nightmares. I know him very well, he lives and breathes football.

"People may look at it and he say can't be that bothered because he's earning all that money - but money doesn't come into it. Money is the icing on the cake.

"It's that desire to be good at your job and to be successful which drives you on.

"He'll be more determined than ever to put that right - he won't be sleeping right now."

Kamara added: "He [Moyes] will be having self doubt.

"It's all about results. If you're not getting results you know what can happen in this game. It's always inevitable. For a company like Manchester United, you have to finish in the top four.

"That's a hell of a lot of money they're going to lose if they don't. It would come into question how brave they can be.

"You see some of the sackings with Steve Clarke and Michael Laudrup. He wins the Capital One Cup with Swansea and all of a sudden he's out of the picture - that's the nature of the game.

"You would hope David has time on his side but it's different now.

"Everyone looks back at the time Sir Alex had but he was building an empire. Nobody gets that time anymore."
