Moyes wants to fill Southampton vacancy

David Moyes is reportedly open to replacing Mark Hughes at Southampton.

The Welshman was sacked on Monday after collecting just one win from 14 Premier League matches this season.

Former Manchester United boss and Everton boss Moyes has been unemployed since leaving West Ham United at the end of last season.

Sky Sports claim the Scotsman is keen on a return to the Premier League and would be open to joining Saints.

Ex-RB Leipzig manager Ralph Hassenhuttl, former Watford boss Quique Sanchez Flores and Paulo Sousa are listed as favourites to succeed Hughes.
