Manchester United boss David Moyes is confident he can get Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney to work together.
The Mail on Sunday says Moyes is relishing getting the pair on the training pitch once they return from international duty and regards it as the type of coaching challenge that proved his speciality in 11 successful years at Everton.
Although United's star pair have scored 26 goals between them this season, Moyes does think there are big improvements to be made in their performances, individually and collectively. The manager will pay special attention to RVP and Rooney in sessions leading up to next Saturday's key game at West Brom and the following week before they face Liverpool at Old Trafford.
