Everton boss Dave Moyes refuses to give up on fourth-place.

Moyes said: "Liverpool are big favourites, but that's what we were saying even when we were ahead of them.

"Firstly we have to do our job, we can't do anything about theirs, but hopefully we will keep the pressure on them.

"We need to get results to do that and Derby is our first chance."
