Moyes coy on West Ham team selection for Lyon quarter-final second leg

Moyes coy on West Ham injury problems for Lyon quarter-final second leg (1st two moyes sets)

West Ham United boss David Moyes was not giving anything away regarding team selection Thursday's clash with Lyon in the Europa League.

The Hammers are facing a quarter-final second leg on Thursday, with the tie poised at 1-1, as they look to manage injuries in the squad and remain in the race for a European place in the Premier League.

Kurt Zouma could be out for a month, while Aaron Cresswell is suspended for the second leg due to a red card in the first leg against Lyon.

"I'm not going to give that news out but like Lyon as well, they've got some injury doubts, maybe not," Moyes said at his pre-match press conference.

"I'm sure we're the same. It's the time of the season. We'll need to wait and see how we are tomorrow."

He added: "We've got a great chance.

"If you'd have given me this, I'd have taken that off you all day long. 1-1 at this stage in the competition is a really powerful position to be in. We've got a wee bit of toughness about us which I think we showed, playing 45 minutes with ten men - let's see what we can do when we've got eleven men."

"I'm not going to give that news out but like Lyon as well, they've got some injury doubts, maybe not," he finished.

"I'm sure we're the same. It's the time of the season. We'll need to wait and see how we are tomorrow."
