Moussa Diaby has committed his future to Bayer Leverkusen.
Newcastle United have been trying to sign the French winger all summer.
But the 23-year-old wants to stay at Leverkusen.
"I've made my decision and will play for Bayer Leverkusen again next season," he told RP Online.
He added: "It's true that I've made a lot of progress in this area. My goals haven't changed for the coming season.
"With Bayer we want to have a top team again and I want to help the team as much as possible by continuing to score goals, but also by providing assists.
"The aim is to get as far as possible in all competitions."
