The Giallorossi swept Tuscans Montecatini Calcio aside last night at the Fulvio Bernardini training centre.

Borja Mayoral hit a hat-trick, while Zaniolo was also on the scoresheet by converting a penalty after recovering from a second devastating knee injury.

Zaniolo wore the captain's armband during the second half.

Carles Perez, Gianluca Mancini, Riccardo Calafiori, Nicola Zalewski and Amadou Diawara were also on target, along with an own goal.
