Jose Mourinho has warned Real Madrid fans that this coming season will be a transitional year.
Mourinho insists his ideas won't be fully implemented until the following season.
"The complete transformation can only be reached from the second season when a team has acquired my mechanisms and philosophy of play," said Mourinho.
"I've always said that my teams reach the top during my second year as coach, although some have won something already in the first. I hope it happens the same with Real."
