Mourinho pushes Spurs to make contact with Real Madrid captain Ramos

Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho has made a move for Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos.

Off contract in June, Ramos has seen negotiations over a new deal stall with Real president Florentino Perez.

At 33, Ramos wants a three-year contract, while Perez has so far offered a 12-month extension with the option for a further year.

In the meantime, Juventus and PSG have made contact with Ramos' brother and agent, Rene Ramos, to register their interest.

And they're not alone with local pundit Francesc Aguilar revealing Mourinho has also made it known he'd be happy to discuss a move to London with his former Real Madrid captain.
