Jose Mourinho, Silvino Louro, Chelsea and West Ham have all been charged by the Football Association as the fallout from Saturday's Premer League fixture at Upton Park continues.
Mourinho has been charged "in relation to his language and/or behaviour towards the match officials in or around the dressing room area at half-time."
The charge comes as a result of the Portuguese manager's altercation with referee Jon Moss at half-time, which occurred after the 44th minute sending off of Nemanja Matic.
Louro has also been charged for his reaction to the red card.
Both clubs are also facing disciplinary action for failing to control their players following the Matic incident.
All parties have until 6pm (GMT) to respond.
