AS Roma coach Jose Mourinho admits the club's project is unlike anything he's experienced before in his career.
Mourinho was speaking after last night's Europa Conference League defeat at Bodo/Glimt.
"I know where I am and I know what I came for. What I try to find is a balance: to be intelligent on the transfer market, to create an identity and stability in the club. Roma must be successful," said Mourinho.
"I have the utmost respect for Lazio and its history, but Roma are the people's team. The Romans are Romanisti. I could not have found a club with such passionate supporters. The Romanisti are special also in the way they live and they breathe their team.
"It's a different project than what I'm used to, I usually go to clubs where the goals are immediate successes. Am I ready to change my nature? No, I'm not."
