Mourinho hails Liverpool ace Salah: Russia won't be able to handle him

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is full of praise for the quality of Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah.

Mourinho is looking forward to seeing Salah in action for Egypt against Russia for round two of the World Cup group phase.

“Egypt has, I don't want to say the fastest, one of the fastest players in the world," Mourinho told Russia Today.

“With the ball, without the ball, he can dribble, he can attack spaces behind defenders.

“Because of this, I think Russia have to drop the block back."

The Pharaohs will come out on top in the Group A clash today, Mourinho claimed.

Talking about Russia, the Manchester United boss said: “They have to react better when they lost the ball because they conceded a little bit against a very naive team without physical power, so Egypt can hurt them.

“This may seem like a contradiction but I don't think Russia can score many goals. They can't score many goals against good teams.

“They cannot concede if they want to get results too, so for me the match against Egypt is the crucial one of the group."
