Chelsea players are reportedly unhappy with the perceived scapegoating of senior squad members by manager Jose Mourinho.
The Guardian is reporting certain members of the Chelsea squad are unhappy with the treatment they have received from Mourinho in recent weeks.
Mourinho's decision not to include Oscar, Radamel Falcao or Loic Remy in the Blues' travelling squad for their Champions League clash with Porto and the continued omission of club captain John Terry has raised the eyebrows of a number of key Chelsea players.
Eden Hazard and Nemanja Matic were both relegated to the bench for the Porto fixture, while Mourinho opted to use Brazilian teenager Kenedy as a replacement for Diego Costa, instead of more experienced options in Falcao or Remy.
Mourinho was adamant after the fixture that he was not punishing senior players for their poor showing in the 2-2 draw with Newcastle United in the Premier League on Saturday.
However, the Portuguese boss' man management skills are set to face the ultimate test in coming weeks as Chelsea's floundering start to the 2015/16 campaign continues.
