Motherwell boss Robinson denies Bournemouth contact

Stephen Robinson has denied reports he has been offered the vacant Bournemouth job.

The Motherwell manager made 200 appearances for Bournemouth in the 1990's.

Speaking after the 1-0 loss to Ross County on Monday, Robinson said: "I think I've been linked with every job in Scotland and England.

"No, I'm fully concentrated on Motherwell. There's no truth in those rumours.

"I think it's credit to the players. If you're winning football matches then you get linked with jobs - some true, some not.

"I think you've got to just keep doing it and concentrating on the job at hand.

"I've said it continually, football bites you in the bum if you don't do the job right in front of you."
