Leicester City skipper Wes Morgan was delighted after claiming all three points from Monday night's home game against Newcastle United.

The 1-0 win at King Power Stadium pushed the Foxes five points clear of Tottenham at the top of the table, with eight games left in the season, prompting the following response from Morgan.

"We knew it wouldn't be easy with Rafa taking over," Morgan said.

"All we can do is do our job, keep picking up wins and points. That piles on the pressure on the teams below us. Another three points and we had to dig deep for that."
