Moratti backing Inter Milan move for Napoli captain Insigne

Former Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti supports a move for Napoli captain Lorenzo Insigne.

nsigne's s deal is due to expire in June 2022.

“Insigne would fit in well for any team, although it's a pity that so far for Italy he has been unable to show what he can really do," Moratti told Il Mattino newspaper.

“Considering his contract is running down, he wouldn't even cost a crazy amount.

"That's football now. My father (Inter legend Angelo Moratti) didn't want to lose the players he loved the most. When he realised it had to be done, he preferred to leave Inter.
