Monza owner Silvio Berlusconi is happy with the progress of his Serie B team.

There are several ex-AC Milan identities already at Monza, including Balotelli, Boateng and coach Christian Brocchi.

Former Milan owner Berlusconi said, “Protagonists are fundamental and players like Balotelli and Boateng are always the best to have around. I still give my opinion to the coach and might do it even more often.

“For example, I feel Monza need a different tactical system to the one they had recently, as Balotelli needs more service. We also need to be more protected in defence and catapult ourselves forward on the attack.

“I need to exchange a few words with Boateng, as we can't miss penalties the way we did last week. I have total faith in Brocchi, as we started from Serie C and Monza are now second in Serie B, so it's over 40 years since the club was at this level."
