Montreal Impact bring in Ghanaian forward Oduro from Toronto FC

Montreal Impact have confirmed the capture of Ghanaian striker Dominic Oduro.

The 29-year old has joined the Impact from Canadian rivals Toronto FC making it the seventh MLS club he has signed for.

Oduro, scorer of 48 MLS goals, has landed at Montreal in exchange for allocation money after spending the second half of 2014 at BMO Field.

Impact's technical director Adam Braz told the club's official website: "This move allows us to add quality depth to our striker position, as we identified in our plan.

"Dominic is an experienced player who has scored in our league and adds a different profile to our attacking options."

Oduro begun his MLS career with FC Dallas back in 2006 and has since played with New York Red Bulls, Houston Dynamo, Chicago Fire and Columbus Crew prior to his June move to Toronto.
