Monk: Swansea seeking enjoyment at Napoli

Swansea City boss Garry Monk has asked his players to enjoy the occasion when they take on Napoli in the Europa League tomorrow night.

The Welsh club were impressive in their 0-0 draw in the Round of 32 first leg at the Liberty Stadium last week and Monk hopes his side can play with similar freedom at the Stadio San Paolo in the return bout.

"We are coming here to enjoy it," Monk said. "I think it's going to be a great game, between two attack-minded teams.

"Napoli have very dangerous players going forward and I expect them to attack.

"That is their mentality and that is a good way to play. It really has all the ingredients for a great match."

However, Monk is well aware that his Swans side is coming up against a very strong outfit managed by Rafael Benitez.

"Napoli have a very good team," he added. "They have 11 good players. They were very unlucky to be out of the Champions League.

"We realise the task that awaits us, it's going to be very difficult. Napoli are expected to win the game but we will try to give another good performance to make everyone proud of us."
