Swansea City midfielder Jonjo Shelvey has started the season in fine fashion for the high-flying Swans, which prompted a call-back to the England national team.
Club manager Garry Monk believes the England return is only going to help the 23-year-old to get even better after a blistering beginning to the new Premier League campaign.
"I think the England experience can see a change in mentality for Jonjo," said Monk.
"Hopefully it will elevate his game. He has to push on and fight even more, not rest on his laurels."
Swansea, who sit fourth on the league table, meet Watford at Vicarage Road on Saturday.
