Sevilla want to tempt Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic back to Spain.

The Croatia international is currently on-loan at Chelsea from Real Madrid, where the deal will run to June. There is no set option to make it permanent.

Kovacic would be keen to remain in London, however Sevilla aim to offer him the chance to return to LaLiga, says AS.

Newly returned sporting director Monchi is a big fan of Kovacic and sees him as a lynchpin signing for next season.

An offer for the midfielder is now being prepared for Real Madrid to consider.
